SHB GmbH is a family-owned company, founded in 1991, and fully committed to the development and marketing of plastic articles. Initially we supplied cartridges for the mining industry, but soon started supplying our first standard bottles for household cleaning and laundry products.
In 1994, the first complete SHB-owned cosmetic series was launched (the HSSH series) consisting of both bottles and closures. Series after series followed. SHB now has over 25 bottle series, and supplies them in Europe, in the USA, in Canada, and in many other countries.
SHB now has over 100 bottle series and over 60 closures and supplies them in Europe, in the USA, in Canada, and in many other countries. 85% of the closures are two- or three-color and all can be combined with the different bottle shapes of SHB’s own standard series as well as new bottle designs.
Our ideas and innovations come from intensive collaboration with our customers. We continually develop new, modern, standard bottle series, as well as innovative customised ranges, as a complete service to our customers. These projects – both for bottles and for closures – are steered by our own team, from the design stage right up to production. This follows our motto: “THINK GLOBAL – ACT LOCAL”. Within the framework of our international marketing concept, we fine-tune our approach to meet the particular requirements of different regions.
Our new, modern development department – with its own design and model-making facilities – represents a further, significant assurance of our commitment to the needs of our customers and of the market.
